Ometrix provides an AI-powered web tracking and analytics platform that monitors AI bot activity, search engine crawlers, and AI mentions across various platforms. Our services include:

• Real-time bot detection and monitoring

• AI search tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity

• Analytics dashboards and reporting

• SEO tools including robots.txt generator and sitemap checker

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• Not share your account credentials with others

• Keep your password secure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Ometrix, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and improve our offerings.

Ometrix offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• We may change pricing with 30 days notice for existing customers

• Payment is processed through third-party providers (Stripe)

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor websites you do not own or have permission to monitor

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the Service for competitive analysis of Ometrix

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ometrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to claims of fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately

• We may delete your account data after 30 days

• You remain liable for any accrued fees

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Ometrix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

Ometrix and the Ometrix logo are trademarks of Ometrix.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

For consumers with habitual residence in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply.
